Routine

2 weeks using the app finding it very useful. Any tips or advice gladly taken. All I’ll say is be honest like I am even if that takes me over my calorie count 👍

I've been back at it for almost 2 weeks and what's been most helpful for me is planning out meals the day before. I'll already know what I'm eating and for what meal, so when I get hungry I have a plan (or a pre-portioned meal) instead of going for something quick and easy!

Love this app and have lost 34 pounds since I started my journey. And, yes, if you log in every day and record everything it does keep one honest. It's amazing how much we can consume when we are not tracking.

Tips - There are many and depend upon your lifestyle and goals. I plan my breakfasts and lunches for the entire work week and everything is measured and pre-packaged by me. I also bring healthy measured snacks in to work so I am not tempted by the snack machines and the food left in the break rooms. I was a couch potato when I started and slowly added additional steps with every task. So I would step in place while folding laundry, walk to talk to someone at work, step in place while washing dishes, etc.

Also found joining like-minded groups and signing up for challenges within many of the community groups has helped. There are many so it does take some time finding the groups for you.

No matter what your goal may be remember a slip is just a slip and not a fall. Keep visiting.

    Best wishes to you.

if you haven't already, buy a food scale. that keeps a person really honest and accurate.
