oms, fitness goals and tracking - motivation and support

Hi, I've been back using mfp for two weeks in and I've lost 3.6kg tracking carefully, logging daily and doing a little exercise. I stick to 80% vegan, low saturated fat (except for fish), want to work up to walking/jogging 5km and aim to lose 0.5-1kg/week. If you have similar diet restrictions or exercise or weight loss goals please feel free to add me for motivation and support. I am hoping to connect with a few more people on here with similar goals. I have about 30kg more to lose if not more and still have a long way to go, but am excited about the start
