Ach! The Rump Roast needs help!

My butt....*sigh*...needs some serious help in LIFTING and tightening. Can you please offer up some at-home exercises that I can do? (Not a gym member.) NOT afraid of working for it - just not sure what to do. My current exercise includes: T25 and running/walking. Thank you (in advance) from The Rump Roast.

Squats, Lunges, Step ups, and hip thrusts to name a few. They are all you can do at home and you can do them with just your body weight to start.0

If you can add weights to your squats, that will help A LOT. You might also check out the 30 Day ButtLift program on the BeFit YouTube channel. It's a mix of light weight/bodyweight routines and cardio, but I enjoyed the segments I've done. (I never followed the calendar exactly.)0

Lol at first I thought you were talking about food! Have you tried the Brazilian Butt Lift DVDs by Beachbody? I've never done them but I have friends that swear by them!0
