Hi, I am new to this app......again. I did use it in the past but not for quite some time now. After getting married nearly 5 years ago and 2 babies I have packed on the pounds. I am committed to changing my lifestyle to be healthier and set a good example for my boys. I am a busy working mom of 2 young boys - 1.5 and 3.5. I have a significant amount to lose and am in it for general good health. Problem is I love food, I really need to watch portions and indulge less often. I also need to bring regular exercise back into my life. I started making an effort on January 6, 2020 and have lost 9lbs. I know it's going to be a challenge as i'm older this time around - 34. I have a goal to lose about 70lbs - big goal and I know it will take time to do in a healthy and sustainable way. I look forward to the tips and recipes.
