Has anyone heard oh this diet?

After reading your post, I admit I jumped to the internet and did a bit of reading.
I have used some of THM, recipes only because they fit in with my low carb diet that I follow. I happen to be a diabetic so low carb works for me. But I fit my carbs, fats, and proteins in around how may calories I get per day.
I have never heard of one needs to eat carbs and fats at different times and not together. Um there is no science that I know of that backs that statement up.
Same thing with eating every 3 hours. Works for some people, but there is no science that states people need to eat every 3 hours while awake.
Is it bad or wrong, no but each person has to find a way of eating that works for them. For me fairly low carb works. For the ladies who put together the whole Trim Healthy Mama not only did it work, they wrote books, and became pretty wealthy from their ideas, and cookbooks and so on. Maybe following their lifestyle as they call it will work for you. Or maybe it will not.
Regardless of what you decide upon the key is at the end of the day we have to burn up more calories than we are taking in. That is how we lose weight.5 -
Meh, looks like your typical over priced supplement/pyramid scheme ("become an affiliate now!") with "required" recipes, recipe books and expensive membership, with very little of substance or use. These programs over complicate what should be a very simple process - eat normal foods that you like, but eat within your caloric goals to remain in a deficit.3
