Hello there! :)

Hi! I am Shelby, and I'm almost 19 years old. I will be moving into my dorm room in two short days. I started dieting and trying to lose a month and a half ago, and I am down 13 lbs. I started at 188 and I am down to 175. My first goal is 150 and then I'll see how I feel from there. I walk a lot and play just dance, and just recently have taken up jogging. I have a big family and no one likes to cook so we go out a lot, making it a lot harder for me to diet. Does anyone have any helpful tips as to what I can do to eat healthy in restaurants? I need these 25 lbs off.
