Getting Back In Shape After a Pneumonectomy

I have been as high as 218lbs and as low as 135 lbs. This time around I am trying to get back shape in addition to hopefully helping one last poor lung get stronger! I had a pneumonectomy January 2nd 2019! It's been a long road to recovery even at 38 years young 😜
