I vowed to move more and eat less

Move more - Eat Less - I decided to start weighing my portions and following what MFP suggested for me AND walking to work every day. That's it. Oh and slowly - very slowly - doing a C25K but my shins are vehemently against it. Also did the 30 day crunch challenge and am half-way through the 30 day plank challenge.

Hoping to lose another 10 pounds before the holidays so I can 'happily' gain 5 back and start fresh in January with some new goals.
