Help needed

I started watching my daily intake of food and reduced cals to 1500 a day from god know how many , I go to gym 3/4 times a week so in total 4 hrs I do cardio /weights and no Wright loss at all , don’t know if I need to cut calories moe any help would be fab

    Good question above. Also, what exactly do you mean by "watching daily intake"? E.g. general awareness/mindfulness vs. logging every bite, eyeballing/guessing portion sizes vs. weighing every gram on a scale, that kind of thing.

    Also, how do you weigh yourself that leads to the conclusion "no weight loss at all"? E.g. weighing yourself daily at the same time every day and using a weight trending algorithm to smooth out natural fluctuations vs. you just weighed for the first time since starting and scale number is the same, etc.
