today starts the day i try this new diet. any help with this journey will be highly appreciated!

Oh, you are right on target, IMO. Tail on frozen raw shrimp at about $10-11/lb are one of the best buys of real food in protein/$. Also, get some Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base and any fish dish that needs a sauce can be made with the addition of the Lobster Base.0

My husband's been pescatarian since he was a child. He's now 66 and in fantastic shape. I've been cooking for him for 33years.0

We have been pescatarian for over 20 years. We eat fish once or twice a week and vegetarian the rest of the time. I'm pretty lazy when cooking so I mostly keep things simple.
