Get Great legs with these 2 killer moves

Here it is: the first exercise for legs. 3 step calf raises.
1. Feet are turned out. Raise up for 15 slow reps. Then 10 fast.
2. Feet are parallel. Same reps for raises.
3. Feet are turned in. Same reps.
Repeat 2x.
Legs exercise #2: SQUATS!!
Some tips to have good form and make the most of them.
1. Chest up with abs pulled in
2. Push that booty BACK so your weight is in your heals.
3. Keep your knees over your toes to protect em.
I did 50 SLOW making sure to engage my leg muscles the entire time. Then break with another exercise and came back and did another round.
I did these today with 2 other moves along with a short run and it was tough on my legs. I have pics too to go with this but couldn't get them to load here. If you want to see them find me on FB: www.facebook.com/kelli.hulst.1
