Remember, when life gets tough or your fitness/eating routine seems to be a bit overwhelming and you feel like quitting or slacking. Ignore your frustrations and don’t accept failure! It’s always best to be the hammer then the nail, take the initiative to get better, work on your mental focus and everything will fall nicely into place ... Be strong & stay determined.
