To much fat

Apparently according to this app, I have been consuming to many fats. I never consume all my alotted calories for the day but always go over in my fats. Any suggestions?????

    1) You're supposed to be consuming all your allotted calories for the day.

    2)Are you getting enough protein and veggies/fruits? If so, you don't need to worry about going over in your fats.

    3) If you're still determined to worry about getting too many fats, look in your diary to see where the fats are coming from, and eat less of those foods. Eat more lean meat, lean poultry, lean fish, low-fat dairy, veggies without added fat, fruit, beans, grains without added fat.

    I would only worry about it if you have a medical reason to restrict fat, or if you’re going so far over in fat that you don’t have calories for protein.

    You should also be eating all your calories each day; otherwise you’re creating an overly large deficit, which could be dangerous depending on just how large it is.
