Why am I gaining weight?

Past three weeks I have started eating healthy, low calorie intake, less of everything really, and doing daily light workouts such as sit ups and dancing always reaching 10,000 steps a day. And yet I find my self gained weight. Doesn’t make me want to continue often being hungry and not getting to eat my favourite “bad foods”

10000 steps you're active, not sedentary. And... weight fluctuations. Hormonal. Sodium. Exercise. Other. Use weight trend application. weigh more than once a week to capture your actual trend.

The above graph is somewhat useful. And the top section probably captures your case. I wish it also talked about reasonable goal setting!

    Uhh.... see above....
Or it could be the scale gremlins.... I suspect they mess with mine a lot.😁
