Fit Crazed Grandpa

Hi everyone :) I'm Coach Jak and after over 25 years of being a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer listening to the terrible advice given in the media I want to come here and just talk to other health-minded people about what does & doesn't work for us. The Keto Diet is NOT always the answer, more cardio CAN be bad for you, and it's OKAY to let go once in a while and have that cheat meal. If there's anyone else who feels the same way or just has questions then I would like to talk and see what does/doesn't work for you and see if we can figure out why.

    Thanks for posting. I find that mang people have challenges with staying committed. I try and ask them what goals they set each day to stay commited, that usually spurs a bit of dialogue.

    I do have a question though. How do you know when you are doing "too much cardio"
