It's time for battle.. battle of the bulge to be exact. I'm closer to 50 than 40 years old & I'm closer to 200 lbs than 100 lbs. It' time to turn the clocks back and take a good look at where I've let my health, weight, energy, etc.. go to the back burner of my life. I've joined a 10 week challenge, signed up for the gym & I've started.. a week ago! I'm eating healthy, no fad diets, no pills. I'm just eating healthy and 1200 calories or less. Cut out the sugars & potatoes (my weakness). I'm down to 24 oz of diet coke and up to 50 oz of water per day (making progress). I've been to the gym 6 out of the last 8 days (1 day was a rest day & 1 day I was sick) and I'm up to a 1 hour work out with cardio & circuit training. I haven't lost any pounds yet, but I'm starting to feel the changes happening. I look forward to going to the gym and when the haters say, "I give her 2 weeks and she'll quit" it motivates me even more to keep going.
