50 before 50

I've been using the MFP app for about 4 months now. I've tried to use it fairly consistently, and having some success at it.

For most of the last decade plus I've wanted to lose between 40 and 50 lbs. As I am approaching 50 in a couple of years I am setting my goal now to lose 50lbs before I turn 50.

So far I'm building the habits of tracking what I'm eating and trying to stay within the parameters. Weight has been a little up and down since an initial good loss. Now it's time to focus and start the trend line down.
