Does any anyone have a good diet plan I can use for my neighbor lost journey? I’m not sure how many calories I need to intake

    Put your stats in My Fitness Pal....height, weight, age, and activity level before exercise. Choose 1 pound a week weight loss. Measure and log food you eat. Meet your daily calorie goal.

    If you choose to do exercise, log your workouts and eat a portion of those calories too. Only a portion (at first) becuase estimating exercise calories can be a challenge. Learn as you go.
