Exercising and calorie counting - not losing weight

Hi everyone 👋

Hoping someone can help out, I have a personal trainer twice a week and walk everyday amounting to 15k steps on average.

I am only eating 900-1100 calories a day but burning 2700-3100 a day - I am not losing much weight. Also, I am not starving myself as I genuinely am not hungry throughout the day.

I weigh 12stone 9lbs and am 5ft2.

Can someone help out? Am I eating too little? Am I exercising too much?

Thank you in advance!

    177 lbs , 5ft 2, bmi 32.x, AGE?, M/F?,

Eating 1100 burning 2700 walking around at a level that is within the parameters of MFP very active if the walking is not added in as separate exercise, and I am not losing much weight...

<presumably you're losing some weight, right? How much is that? how long has all this been going on?>

I am not hungry. Help? Am I eating too little? Exercising too much?

Well, if you're an 18 yo female the answer may be different than if you're a 78 yo male.

And not much is a bit vague. How long have you been doing this?
I mean "not much' could be a lb a week, or it could be 7lbs a week from your perspective.

But, I am curious. What is the concern here? What is nagging at you? I mean you've identified two things you're asking about: amount of food intake and amount of exercise: is there any reason that you would think the answer to either of your questions would be "of course you're eating enough" and "of course you should exercise more"?

Do you feel you're on a good, solid, sustainable path with your eating and exercising?

Ah! My apologies! I just had a light bulb moment seeing the title! So the issue is that NOT MUCH is not enough in your books.

But, forgive me, I have this nagging suspicion that our definitions of much may not match.

So... is "not losing weight" a statement that for the past six weeks you've weighed yourself after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking, wearing the same or similar or no clothes, at the same spot unyielding spot, using the same scale which has good batteries, has been zeroed and is not moving around... and after putting your daily weigh in values in a weight trend application you've seen NO CHANGE?
