I weigh 150lbs and eat around 1400 calories is this less enough to lose weight and I realize all the complications of eating too less but I was just wondering ?

Put your info into MFP, set your weekly weight loss target to 1lb per week max, eat the calorie amount it gives you, plus 50-75% of any additional calories burned through deliberate exercise (exercise shouldn't be included in the activity level you give MFP, that's just your day to day movement).5
