76lbs down, 75 to go. Half way there!

My heighest weight was 301lbs. I was depressed due to the abusive relationship I was in. All I wanted to do was sleep. I knew I had to lose weight but when I would go to the gym it was to sit in the locker room & get away from home, I would walk a mile & go home. I would stress eat.

Around November 2018, about the same time I got out of that relationship, someone told me about Keto. I was happier & more motivated. Figured, “why not try it.” I was more of a “relaxed keto” stick around 30g-ish. Sometimes 40g-50g on my bad days.

Now I take spin class at least 3x a week & I’m more dedicated than ever!

301 was my highest, I am currently 225, my goal is 150.

I’ve lost 76lbs, 75lbs to go! Half way there!
