Hi I’m trying to lose weight by having around 800 calories a day sometimes it can be a little more or less than that . I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks and so far lost weight but now my body is just sticking to the same weight. It’s stopped losing ! Any ideas on what to do please, different food etc ? I also exercise each day doing yoga Pilates gym and swimming.
