Ok folks, I am nearly one week in on my new journey. I am finding that by me not having off limits it is actually making me crave food less. The problem I am having is On most days I am under my calorie limit by at least 500 calories and it warns me. I end up drinking a slimfast or eating something but then feel bloated. I try not to eat after 4 in the am but i start eating at around 6 am. My fitness is being logged by my fibit. So much question is how do i get more calories that it says i need without hurting me losing at least 2 pounds a week?
Thanks guys for all your help that i am getting on my journey.

What are you eating now? What's a sample day look like for you? Is 2# a week a healthy goal? I don't quite understand this: "I try not to eat after 4 in the am but i start eating at around 6 am." Maybe you meant 4 in the pm? Is there any particular reason you restrict your eating in this way?
If you are severely under-eating, your digestive process can get slowed down, and the sensation of "bloat" can also be related to mis-appraisal of what's going on in your body. Edited to add that where you are in your menstrual cycle also affects "bloat."
Without more information, it's really hard to be helpful.

Plan ahead. Eat more fat. Put butter in your oatmeal, have peanut butter as a snack, use cheese and full fat dairy.
Plan your food the day beforehand to ensure proper nutrition and calories. Under-eating will come back and bite you if you're not careful, but as Maxxitt says, we don't really know enough about you to know if you are in fact under-eating.

Overall, hunger signals are a terrible indicator of whether or not one is undereating or overeating. It is completely possible to take in more than enough calories yet feel hungry, and it is entirely possible to take in too few calories yet feel full. Your hunger does not tell you whether you're undereating.
It is very common for people who just started restricting calories not to feel hungry. The reason for that isn't clear, but it may be psychological: folks are excited about their new diet. Again, this is not a reliable indicator of how much they're eating.
Your pace of weight loss has almost nothing to do with how fast you want to lose weight, and everything to do with how fast you can safely lose weight. 2 pounds/week is only safe if you have about 75+ pounds to lose. How much weight total are you trying to lose?
After you have set a safe, reasonable pace of loss, you need to eat all the calories MFP gives you, including your exercise calories. If you have a lot of calories left yet don't feel hungry, then the first thing I would do is make sure you are weighing and logging ALL your food using a food scale. Most people who don't use a food scale are actually eating more than they think they are.
If you use a food scale consistently and you're still undereating, add high calorie/low volume foods such as nut butter or cooking with more oil.
Additionally, one's eating schedule has nothing to do with fat loss. Fat loss is 100% caused by consistently being in a calorie deficit, not by what time you eat or don't. Eating schedules, such as various forms of fasting, are either personal preference or determined by medical need. Unless you have a medical reason to eat only at certain times, you don't have to limit yourself in this way, and it's probably not a good schedule for you if it means you have trouble eating enough.
If Slimfast makes you bloated, then I'd stop drinking Slimfast. It doesn't do anything special for weight loss; it's just a shake.
If you routinely feel bloated after eating, then I'd see the doctor.4 -
sorry i meant after4 pm and i eat early because being a farmer i get up early. I go to bed between 8 and 9 so I try to not go to bed with food on my belly or I have trouble sleeping. My favorite breakfast is eggs with spinach and mushrooms, lunch usually a salad of sorts, with some protein such as chicken or turkey and dinner i love venison, chicken or seafood. spinach and greens, mushrooms, love veggies and we try to grow much of what we eat. I went threw surgical menopause, quit smoking and got off prescription meds 10 years ago and packed on 100 weight within a year and never really thought about it until now i am getting older and not liking how I am feeling. Just in week one I feel better just not as hungry but do not want to lose any nutrients I may need. Thank all of you for the advice. This is a true blessing of a place for me to visit daily.1
