How do I calculate specialty coffee drinks

I like to create different combinations when I go to Starbucks. I’ll have different milk, sometime mix soy with heavy cream, etc. How can I calculate the nutrients and macros on something I have them make for me so I am more accurate in my entries?

Their web site has a chart that lists the nutrition for each size of the basic menu offerings, plus a section with the same for add-ins.3

As mentioned above, websites are usually a good starting point. You can also try messaging them directly through contact form or social media. I don’t know about Starbucks, but I’m a Second Cup addict and they’ve always been very helpful with nutrition inquiries through facebook.0
