Couch25k program and sickness?

I'm currently on week 2, day 3... And I've got some sort of cold or flu. Just feel awful. If I take a few days off, how much progress will I lose? I really wanna keep going, but J havent slept well in about 3 days, feel queasy, etc.... Sigh😣

    I frequently stop in the middle of training and do the same as FireFLy 72 suggests. I repeat the week or last workout I was just on and see how I do, then move on from there. It depends on how long you are away from running but a couple days wont take much away this early in the training plan. I've just started wk 5 and have re-done this training plan multiple times. :)
