Weight sometimes fluctuates up even when you are doing everything "right". Read this:

Weight loss is 100% caused by consistently eating fewer calories than your body burns, not by the specific foods/macros you eat.

Exercise does not guarantee a calorie deficit, and there isn't a "target" amount of exercise for weight loss. Exercise is not even required for weight loss; it is for other health and fitness goals. If you are following the MFP calorie goal, then you're intended to eat back all exercise calories assuming they are calculated correctly. In addition, a new exercise routine often causes temporary water weight gain due to the normal muscle repair process.

    Having said all that:

    1) How long have you been consistently eating the number of calories MFP gives you?
    2) How long has it been since the scale has moved down at all?
    3) Do you use a food scale to weigh ALL your food?
    4) How much weight are you trying to lose, and what pace of weight loss did you select?

As others have said, we'd need to know the time period you are talking about, calorie goal, and current height and weight to really have anything helpful to contribute (beyond the chart, which is great).
