Post Pregnancy Weight Loss!

Hi there!
technically I am not a newbie here, have done my weight loss 4-5 yrs back with MFP, however I did that without friends.
The difference with that time is now I am mother of 2, both my babies have less age gap and I am here with 2 pregnancy weights, bound at home and food is all I can see all the time! I don't know if anyone can understand this, but "the food finds me, specially the sweets".
I have restarted the weightloss thing, way too many times and failed same number of times in these 5 months. I hadn't thought that it would be so hard. What I have realised in these 5 month is that I am not enough self motivated and need help (motivation) from outside. That little push, that environment, that same tribe, that supportive friends is what I am looking.
Anyone who can relate with this, one who can push me to be more accountable. Please add me.
P.S.
1. I don't workout, have never (almost) and I feel pathetic about it.
2. I used to keep myself active with walks (trying to sneak that time with current lifestyle again).
3. I intend to lose 30kg.
