Tips please

Hey guys I need to lose about 5 stone for a wedding in July, I wanna work out but I’ve got tears in my cartilage and my knee cap has moved so I’m always in a lot of pain has anyone for an tips of suggestions, also feel free to add me as a friend

    You honestly don’t need to workout to lose weight. It’s all about what you put in your mouth. If you want to exercise then walk and do light yoga and stretches. You can find videos on YouTube. In terms of food I would weigh everything using a food scale and find out what foods help you stay in a deficit.
