What category of exercise is this?

Hi,
I'm just wondering what category on MFP a 60 minute exercise routine would fall under that includes things like mountain climbers, planking, high knees, russian twists etc. I followed a video but don't know how to log it! Is it aerobics? (I'm new to exercise) Thanks!

You can use MapMyFitness to track video workouts, or to create a routine. The information will transfer to MyFitnessPal once they are linked. I have not used MyFitnessPal to track workouts in years, because of that very reason.
It is very nice App & Website for tracking just workouts. It includes a calendar on the online version that is great for motivation.1 -
I would say aerobics1

I'd say calisthenics.1
