Just want to share my progress😊

After our Vegas Trip, i've check my weight and it reached 275.4lbs(the heaviest ive gained).. Decided to lose weight for the next vacation on summer.. Done 16hrs fasting and low carb diet.. My meal is mostly meat and boiled eggs. While tea and black coffee when im in fasting.. i also drink whey protein sometimes.. After 3 weeks, i've lost 20.2lbs(225.2 lbs).. Will try to hit the gym nxt month to help fasten my weight loss.. :) hopeful to maintain this kind of progress for the following months.. 😊oh8llbnwr8ct.jpeg

    Way to go!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Sounds like you've come to a balance that is working for you, I'm sure adding in gym trips will make you feel even stronger and prouder! Keep it up!!!
