Are you weighing and measuring everything you eat and drink accurately and at a calorie deficit?

@missysippy930 has the right of it. When you think you should be losing, but you're not -- you usually need to look at your logging to make sure you're accurate.
    • If you're eyeballing amounts, measure them instead.
    • Are you logging everything that goes in your mouth? Make sure you are.
    • Are you eating back exercise calories? Maybe you should consider not doing so. It's easy to overestimate the amount of calories you're burning.

    Cheers and GL!

It might also be worth noting that starting a new job may have lowered your activity level and your calorie needs from the last time you were losing.

There is no reason to be embarrassed.

It is so easy to put on 10 lbs without even realizing it, most of us have been there! I got down to my goal weight and maintained for a couple of years but things got stressful and now I'm 5-10 lbs heavier. It happens
