My bad. I was wrong.

I asked the blog, maybe 2 weeks ago about a certain meal plan I was going to start, and I misinformed some of you all. I thought the meal plan would have began extremely high in calories, about 3200kcal, and then would have gradually reduced as time progressed.

I was wrong, my bad. The meaI plan, sold separately, starts at 3200kcal, but I was instructed to start at 2590kcal (still freaking high for me: 240p, 250c & 70f) and now in my 4th week we're at 2115kcal (240p, 165c & 55f).

My weight has changed, the numbers say I gained (the goal's to lose), but the images (I send them out weekly to the trainer) and the way I feel... fam, amazing!

When your fiance compliments you you're like "yes". "Thanks babe", then assume she's just saying what she feels is right. But then a coworker says the same thing you're like "GTFOH! Really?! Thanks" (Sorry, ladies/ significant others, it just is what it is).

If you've seen someones work (trainer) and you trust them, shut up and trust them.

I remember your original post and I'm so glad this plan is working for you!

I can totally identify with your comment about co-workers. When my co-workers remarked on my weight loss, it felt great because then I was sure that it was really showing and it wasn't just my husband being kind and supportive!
