Buff for the beach

Hi Keith here. I am a personal trainer and I am using the app to track my macros and calories as I attempt to get into shape for the beach and a possible contest. Been on it since Christmas and have lost 4 pounds and I am down to 20% body fat. This may be different from some of your goals but the premise is the same. Learn your TDEE knock off 500 calories and exercise hard and stay in a calorie deficit. I am using flexible dieting so I do not deny myself treats I just make sure its IIFYM. or if it fits your macros. Let's get to it!!
