I am 5'5 and weigh 149 lbs - It's super frustrating to me that I don't feel good about myself. I work out every day and eat healthy and can't seem to get down to around 135 which is how much I would like to weight.

By "eat healthy," do you mean you're logging your calories to try to hit a calorie deficit?7

How did you go from feeling good about it all 2 days ago to being super frustrated?
If I recall you are working with a nutritionist since about a week ago, results don't show up that quickly, particularly when you have so little to lose. You're barely overweight, so weight loss is going to be extremely slow and will be masked by water retention from things like your meals out (also another recent post from you) where you might be having slightly higher carbs and sodium.
15lbs when at healthy weight or close to the top of the healthy weight range can take a couple of months.
Put on the patient pants, log accurately and trust the process.13 -
Based on your posting history, I have the following observation. Please take this in the positive manner in which it is intended.
You need to quit going by how you are "feeling." Your feelings are not necessarily the best gauge of what is truly happening. Feelings are fleeting and can change hourly.
You need to judge your process on what you are doing. Are you doing the right things, including hitting a proven calorie deficit? Like @tinkerbellang83 said..tinkerbellang83 wrote: »

By nutritionalist I hope you mean registered dietitian. I see a RD every six weeks. At each visit, she does measurements with tape, calipers, scale. We go over the planned diet from the appointment belofe, tweak it if we need to. One rule. A lot of what I have to do is counter-intuitive. So, I am not allowed to use a scale or any other type of measuring on my own. I have to trust the process, stick to the plan, and trust her. She works with many fitness pros, and since I pay here good money to get me results, I say ''*kitten* it!'' and do whatever she says to the letter. She gets me amazing results that no trainer ever could. You can see my profile pic, The pics are one year apart. I have made great progress since then as well. So my advice, Put all your scales and such away, do what you were told to do, go back in 6 to 8 weeks and see where you are.2

This is gold. Self talk along the lines of "yeah I feel discouraged today but I am keeping good data and I am going to trust the process" and then engage in some activity (besides eating) that can help you wrangle your thoughts and endorphins back on a hopeful track can help.7 -
Yea you guys are right.. I need to stick to the plan and be good about measuring food/tracking calories! I was just having a bad day yesterday3
