After that moment of disgust after the Thanksgiving holiday and seeing just shy of 230 lbs on the scale, I decided to change my ways. 5 days of cardio and resistance training per week, using the stairs instead of an elevator, and paying attention to what I put on my plate all helped me reach my mark today. I finally made it below 200lbs. Even though I'm still not at my goal weight, the mental significance is crucial to my success.
