Three questions. Is there a tutorial for MFP? Can you scan food like the Weight Watchers app? Can you use an Apple Watch with MFP?

But, yes you can scan and *sometimes* the Apple watch works nicely and *sometimes* it really doesn't.

You may find more help in one of the focused Apple Watch groups, they usually have FAQs and stuff.

I often scan my food in, yes. I don't have an apple watch, so no input there. I just use the app on my phone.
