I've been watching what I eat for almost a month and have almost lost ten pounds. I've done this without exercise but realize I need it and I probably would have lost more if I sweated a few days. I want to start doing this at home with videos. I have Hulu, Amazon, Spectrum TV, Xbox, Samsung Smart TV, Netflix. I guess I can also mirror it on my phone. Does anyone know a good way to access some exercise videos without using a dvd. And if so, a good choice video for someone overweight by atleast 100lbs. Thanks

I used to be able to do 30 Day Shred and Taebo, P90x seems extreme (does anyone still do that)

Youtube has tons of workouts. Start with something low impact and work your way up. Leslie Sansone was lots of walking style workouts as does Jessica Smith. They are simple, but put a good effort in and you will sweat. Jessica also has kickboxing, strength, and yoga workouts.
