STUCK! Scale won’t budge

Do I just need a kick in the *kitten*?

F/28/140lb/5’3 trying to loose 10lb for my wedding in June 6. Wedding dress at last fitting was a bit too tight (November 2019)

I’ve been working on being in a mild-mod calorie deficit (1620 cal/day) and exercising 5 days a week. Atleast 3 days of vigorous exercise (cardio, running, weight lifting) and usually 2 of hot yoga. Trying to get 10k steps per day as well.
I started beginning of January and I’ve literally lost squat. NOTHING. I failed to measure myself at the beginning of the month, so I can say that my clothes do fit a bit better and I’m eating nutritious food so I don’t feel bloated, but the scale won’t budge. I measured myself yesterday so will come late in a months time if I’m still in the same boat.

Anyone else been in this spot before and come through it successfully?

    Work your way through this flowchart to troubleshoot. If that exercise is new, you may be retaining fluid for muscle repair. Add in hormonal water weight fluctuations, and that can easily mask fat loss.
