What Step Should I Take?

Hi MFP,
I have been on low carb since July 28th. I started Keto them but backed out last Sunday. I had a carb nite Friday night which included 2 plain bagels, a sweet potato and peas. I just weighed myself at 118.3 (previously 117) after eating a snack. I think the carb nite maybe helped? I am looking to get rid of the last of the fat.. I have maybe five lbs or less and I am considering carb cycling or back loading. Right now I'm suppose to be increasing/reintroducing carbs but if that drives me away from my goal then I don't want to do it. So... where should I go from here?
Diary code 6784. Keto failed b/c of dairy and egg intolerances and a coconut oil allergy. I tend to have a high protein intake as seen in my diary. Macro goals are for post-carb reintroduction. I am curious if my foo intake totals are too low or too high, which may be causing my stall.

Bump. I'm averaging 25 - 35 net carbs a day.
Taking into account my dairy/egg intolerance and coconut oil allergy. One reason why I turn to pb so much. Maybe exchanging beef for pb one meal would help some?0
