Hi everyone!
I'm a 27 year old woman from the Netherlands and I've been on my weight loss journey for over 1,5 years now. I'm following the 5:2 diet, with aiming at 1700-1800 calories on normal days. I'm mostly using the app again to (re)gain knowledge and insight in the calories and macro's I'm eating. I work out 3-5 times a week (tennis, field hockey, running and fitness). I really want to reach my goal (which I had not reached last time, and regained some kilo's in half a year) and be more balanced.
I've noticed that the weight loss is so much better to do when I have a community behind me for support and motivation! I would love it to have some MFP friends! It motivates me when I see that others are on track .
Anyway, please add me if you also want some support, cheers and motivation!
