I like to combine martial arts with dancing while holding 5 lb weights. How do I calculate the calorie burn?

I'd use cardio/dance or cardio/aerobics or I'd create a new exercise.
There is really no way for us to be able to calculate it ...there's a lot of guesswork in the exercise calories.
I'd create a new Exercise and use that for awhile and see how it goes. I use 300 calories per hour no matter what exercise I'm doing, as my intensity doesn't really vary that much and I've learned through many months of logging that it is close enough.1 -
If you wear some type of device like a Fitbit it will calculate the calorie burn and when it syncs it will automatically adjust your calories. I still log the exercise so I can see what my heart rate was during the exercise. (It will ask for the time you started the exercise and for how long)0

Strength training is minimal calorie burn, so you can just log it as martial arts or dancing minutes - the 5 lb of extra weight isn't going to burn much in the way of additional calories.1
