That's super weird. I have MFP installed on my iphone and use the MFP website with the same account with no problem. Or is there a MFP desktop app for Macs that you are referring to?

Same here. I have it on iPhone, Mac (I use the website on Mac, not an app), Apple Watch and iPad. Sometimes there’s a slight lag in one updating, versus the other, but they always get there in the end.

You do need to have same Apple account in all three, I’m assuming, in order for them to sync properly.

Only problem I’ve ever had was when the iPad was randomly doubling diary entries and the watch was doubling exercise logs. But it went away.

All in all, it’s been really quite nicely meshed together.

Are you trying to create an account on the app or just log in? You should be able to just log in using the same credentials you already setup.

If it’s telling you the email is already in use, it sounds like maybe you’re trying to create a new account on the app? Or the button you clicked is to create a new account even if that wasn’t your intention?

Like ^ said, that "already in use" message is typical for a create new account scenario, not a login.
