Paleo and Gastric Bypass

Hello All!
Ok, I am genuinely just curious if there is something more I can do. Also, if someone can help me with macros? I'm not very good at figuring out how to calculate that. So, I had gastric bypass July 2012 at 222lbs, 5'4". I immediately got pregnant. We had our first child, a little girl, May 6, 2013. I am currently 155lbs but, even though I haven't had my body fat % measured, I'm pretty sure it's probably still pretty high. I am now doing close to a Paleo eating plan the best I can and exercising 2-3 times per week for about 30 min. I do Turbo Fire, Insanity, and then some Jillian Michaels work out videos. I hope in a couple months to start hitting the gym again for more weight lifting once our baby grows out of her Colic. Right now, in the evenings, she's pretty damn grumpy and our gym daycare kind of sucks about that - they come get you if they can't get the child to stop crying. I would like to significantly cut my body fat to a fit range around 20-25% tops. I'm sure I'm about 30% still. I'm a size 10. Could anyone look into my diary and let me know if they think I'm on the right track, doing more damage than good, etc? Obviously my surgery causes limitations with how much I can eat at a time. I also fight with drinking/eating because you have to wait 30 min to eat after you drink, and then wait 30 min after eating to drink again. Thank you in advance for taking a look! Hope I gave you all the info you need. Feel free to add me as a friend as well :)
