To participate you must have an open diary. Look at the person who last posteds diary and what are your thoughts?

@moogie_fit: You just opened a can of worms.
You are asking people to judge or criticize other members food choices. No other way to put it, and I would like to know why in the world you would start this kind of thread in The Food and Nutrition section. Take it to the Chi-Chat area where every thing seems to be more permissible.

I really only like to look at others diaries if they need help or they are looking for advice that may be answered from their diary - like a person complaining of hunger may be eating low protein.
I do not open my diary. The reasons is I have lost over 200 pounds but my way of eating is not an answer to people needing to lose a lot of weight. It probably would not even be sustainable for most people. The fact that I stay in a calorie deficit most of the time is the answer. Even that can be hard to tell because some days I am under and some days I am over.
Basically my diary would be confusing. It is not important what I eat. It is important that I found my easiest path. It will not be the path for most others.4
