I’m new, have about 20 lbs to lose and having trouble! I’m uber diligent at eating veggies and never going over my allowances to the tee, especially sugar. I’m hitting my steps and exercise every.single day. Every day. I’m running, even. Heart rate 165 at peak. So why am I steadily gaining weight with fitness pal? I’m so frustrated. I might as well sit around which works the same. And it’s not the muscle weighs more than fat thing. HALP
