Staying on track while not working

Hey all,

So I am someone who does well with routine. I like the idea of scheduling my day as much as possible. Unfortunately, I got laid off yesterday. It was a job I loved, and obviously am very sad about it. Frankly, it makes me both not hungry and crave comfort food at the same time. I am lucky that I got a good package and, combined with savings, will be fine financially for a while, but I am struggling with the “WTF DO I DO ALL DAY?!?” and the urge to snack out of boredom. I do like to work out, but have struggled in the last woth going too hard too fast and burning my self out.

Any tips from people who have experienced a big change in routine like this? Any advice is appreciated and motivational friends are always welcomed!
