    What training are you currently doing? I'd recommend powerlifting coupled with HIIT

    Power lifing sounds terrifying lol. I will look into beginners body weight training I planned to take the weight off before I toned but maybe it will help to start now.

    Better to retain lean muscle mass now than to try to get it back after you lost the weight. Every single person that lifts has always said that they wished they started sooner.
