More dietary fiber than carbs?

From my understanding,
Carbs - dietary fiber = net carbs
How can there be more fiber than carbs?!

Depending on where you live, some manufacturers will subtract the fiber from total carbs, so in this case, if there are 3g of fiber, it originally had 5g of carbs.7
