Low Calorie Dessert Recipes?

I'm having my sister and a friend over for dinner tonight and it occurred to me that I don't have a dessert planned! My friend is on a low-carb diet and I'm sticking with low-calorie, so I'd like for there to be a way to accommodate us both.
Any suggestions?

Sugar free jello with fresh fruit always works for me!0

You could cut up a bunch of fruit and make dip.
(1 low fat yogurt and low fat whipped cream is delicious!)
Or I heard the new Jillian Michael's brownie recipe is pretty good too.0 -

Boil down some raspberries with a squirt of lemon juice into a sauce with a packet of splenda and pour over some Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt (or ice cream!).0

Not particularly low carb but pretty healthy and yummy!
Fruit Ambrosia - makes 10-12 servings
20 green grapes, halved
10 strawberries, chopped
1 banana, sliced
12 maraschino cherries (drained of liquid)
cup of shredded coconut
cup of mini marshmallows
1/2-3/4 tub of light cool whip
1/4 cup greek yogurt (use the greek, thickens it)
Mix all together and refridgerate for a while (6 hours would be good), I estimate it to be ~100 calories per serving. It is pretty sweet so you can't really eat that much of it!
You can also use different fruits like oranges, pineapple, apple, etc.. The sky is the limit, but the combination above is very good.0 -
Thanks all! I'm headed to the grocery store0

This can be used as a dessert or as a little side dish.
Cottage Cheese Salad
1 reg container of cottage cheese (16 oz. i think?)
1 container of frozen whipped topping
1 small can of crushed pineapple or oranges (depending on jello flavor, though i'm sure you could use another fruit)
1 box of jello
mix all ingredients into a large bowl and refrigerate. If everything was cold to begin with you can serve immediately. DO NOT actually make the jello, just add it with the rest; it just adds flavor.
I did not put a particular flavor of jello because you can use any flavor, here are some favorites of ours:
orange
pistachio (pudding, but is marvelous!)
lime
other flavors work, but their flavor isn't as strong.
you can also mix in some mini marshmellows and / or shredded coconut if you so desire.
I think you can get all of the items either sugar or fat free, so i doubt it's that bad for you, though I don't know the actual stats. I do know that my mom practically lives off of this and has been on a low carb diet for years.0
