Hi! I am not necessarily NEW to My Fitness Pal however, just getting into making fitness friends. I have quite a way to go need to lose 25 lbs. in order to ease the stress on my old knees. Anyway, just taking it in small chunks and will see how it goes. If you would like to encourage each other or just talk fitness, would enjoy it!
